DEPOSIT, LATE ARRIVAL, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Our goal is to provide a service for all of our clients, if you arrive late, cancel or do not show up it is not always possible for us to do so. We kindly ask out of consideration for our scheduled Estheticians & clients that you give us a minimum 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellation Charge: You are charged 30% of the full priced service when you give less than 24 hours notice and 100% of the service price for a no call or no show.
Late Arrival: We only allow a grace period of 15 mins without charging a late fee of $15. On some occasions, if a clients late arrival will effect others we may have no choice but to refuse servicing altogether , so please be on time.
New Client Deposits
All new clients are required to hold their appointments with a deposit.
Booking an appointment w/ a Groupon Voucher
A deposit is not required for Groupon clients to make an appointment however your credit card information is still held. If you have a Groupon and feel concerned that your paying twice, or simply have reservations about leaving your credit card details with us online, please rest assured that your card will not be billed anything whatsoever, unless you arrive more than 15 minutes late or do a no call- no show, in which our standard fees apply.
Can I not just use my Groupon for the deposit?
No. Your voucher can only be redeemed once you have been provided with a service. Once redeemed SK Esthetics receives a small portion of the dollar amount you paid to Groupon.
