ARRIVING LATE, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Our goal is to provide a service for all of our clients, if you arrive late, cancel or do not show up it is not always possible for us to do so. We kindly ask out of consideration for our scheduled Estheticians & clients that you give us a minimum 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
You will be charged 30% of the service when you give less than 24 hours notice and 100% of the service price if you do not show up and if you do not call. This is called a No Show and is very inconsiderate.
Arriving late Late fees vary depending on the service, however if you are late and we are still able to accommodate you, your late fee will never be more than 30% of the full (non-sale) price of the service. In some cases your appointment may have to be cancelled altogether due to lateness. Please contact us directly if you need more information about what the late fee would be for your particular service.
New Client Deposit: With the exception of new clients who are scheduling using a SK Esthetics gift certificate, gift card or a discounted coupon, all new clients are required to pay a non refundable deposit to schedule their first appointment.
