CANCELLATION, LATE & NO SHOW POLICY
All new clients will be required to book their appointment with a credit or debit card. For your convenience and security this may be done securely online using our BOOKER software .
Services may require up to deposits between 30 - 100%. Please note that deposits reflect your commitment to show up to your appointment they are non - refundable.
ARRIVING LATE, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Your appointment time has been scheduled specifically for you. We ask out of consideration for our Estheticians & other clients that you give us a minimum 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
You will be charged a 30% of the service when you give less than 24 hours notice and 100% of the service price if you do not show up and if you do not call. This is called a No Show and is very inconsiderate.
Arriving late could have a domino effect on every clients appointment after you. If you arrive late this may effect the amount of time your esthetician will have available for your service. In some cases the service may have to be declined due to lateness, if this happens you will be charged 30% of the service.
