Digital Products (eBooks, Ritual Guides, Courses)
Digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Physical Products (Skincare, Candles, Accessories, Notebooks)
All products are made-to-order. Returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference changes are not supported.
Due to hygiene considerations, items cannot be returned once opened or used.
Damaged or defective products: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs & Timeframes
Free Shipping applies to qualifying orders.
Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders after processing. International shipping times may vary.
Please note that delays may occur during production or due to shipping carrier issues. While we strive to meet our estimated timelines, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., production, shipping, or customs delays).
For replacements, SK Esthetics will cover shipping for the replacement item.
