Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy, No-Call No-Show, and Late Fee Policy

 At SK Esthetics, we strive to provide an exceptional attentive, customized and personable experience to all of our valued clients. To ensure that our services run smoothly and accommodate the needs of all our guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy, no-call no-show policy, and late fee policy. Please take a moment to review these policies before booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be occasions when you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  2. Cancellation Fee: Clients who do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling will be subject to a cancellation fee of $35 or 35% of the service cost, whichever is greater.

 

No-Call No-Show Policy:

  1. No-Call No-Show: A “no-call no-show” occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice or communication.
  2. Consequences: Clients who no-call no-show for their appointments will be charged the full price of the missed service and may be required to prepay a service in its entirety, should they book an appointment in the future.

 

Late Fee Policy (For Clients More Than 20 Minutes Late):

  1. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen delays can happen and being punctual isn’t always within our control.  
  2. Rescheduling Due to Late Arrival: On some occasions when running more than 20 minutes late for an appointment a client may be asked to reschedule if it would compromise being able to complete all the steps of the service and / or if it would disrupt the future scheduled appointments.  A late fee will be charged if an appointment needs to be rescheduled as a result of being more than 20 minutes late.
  3. Late Fee: Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late for their appointment and who are seen by an Esthetician may be subject to a late fee of $25 to compensate for the time and resources allocated to the appointment.

 

Booking Acknowledgment:

By booking an appointment with SK Esthetics you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation policy, no-call no-show policy, and late fee policy outlined above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as these policies help us provide excellent service to all our clients.

Exceptions:

We recognize that certain circumstances, such as emergencies or unexpected situations, may prevent you from adhering to these policies.
